Esotico is dedicated to using healthy, flavorful ingredients to make our pasta, and then providing that amazing pasta to you. Almost all ingredients come from local farmers or our own garden, grown without harmful insecticides or chemicals. Our flavored artisan pastas are available at farmers markets and retail stores throughout Oregon and in southern Washington.
