Our story:

Inspired by a love of pasta and fresh vegetables, Julie and Wayne Huisman founded Esotico, LLC. With their love of gardening they envisioned the creation of fresh pasta infused with the wonderful flavors from ingredients grown locally. This same affinity for fresh flavored pasta is continued with our company's dedicated owner: Barry Bronson. Barry was a full-time food commodities trader and part-time pasta enthusiast. That is, until the middle of 2019 where he decided to pursue his love for pasta and make it his full-time focus.

With our production being situated on the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm & Vineyard © In Woodburn, Oregon, we take the freshness and quality of our ingredients very seriously. We use flours from Bob's Red Mill ©, a local company that emphasizes their connection to their farmers and employees. We have found that the closer we get to the farmer, the more quality we gain in our products. This is translated directly with the pasta that you bring home. From our farm-family to yours.
